Who Am I.

“ Gotta find my Corner Of the sky”

     My caravan of a room surrounding in fake flowers. Some fake flowers with tiny light producing bulbs. The comment about some girl acting emo that escaped my lips rang in my head. The comment that answered mine was “And you’re not Emo?”
      It made me blink and think over my entire life. What am I?  Of course being me I’m totally opposed to any human labels of any sort. But it made me think…. What am I?
     Dozens of articles of clothing in every hue decorate my smallish closet. A large percentage black lacey articles of clothing. But what am I? Am I Goth? I suppose I could be. I’m not the chain wearing freaky make-up artist type… Not in the slightest.
     A new thought that pops into my head often seems to be. Am I a thespian? A drama geek. A love of musical productions and large collection of musical pieces swimming in my head. But is that really me? Not exactly. I wouldn’t ever be the cast in a play.
     I could perhaps be an artistic Bohemian. But doesn’t that go along with emo? Hmm… What could I be? A museum going city girl who has a love for art? Well yes but no. All these things describe me but it means nothing in finding out what I am…
     I think I finally know, I am a gypsy a fortune telling mesh wearing, belly-dancing tambourine-banging gypsy? What? Oh no. What Am I? With a gothic best friend, a gothic boyfriend (I love you), and a variety of friends ranging from Thespian to Punk and Preppy to Goth. But what am I?
      Maybe I’m just a small girl who sits on her mixed patterned quilt. A girl with a very artsy side. Some one who draws for crap but keeps at it anyway. A writer with no pieces to call her own. Maybe I’m really just laughter on the wind.
